MCCC

Muon Collider Coordinating Committee

DOE Laboratory Accelerator Science Review

December 2-4, 2008

Muon accelerator R&D is pursued in the U.S. by the Neutrino Factory and Muon Collider Collaboration (NFMCC) and the Muon Collider Task Force (MCTF). The Muon Collider Coordination Committee, which consists of the NFMCC and MCTF leaderships, coordinates the proposed and ongoing activities of the NFMCC and MCTF to optimize the overall R&D program given the available resources. Most recently, the MCCC has put together a joint proposal for the national Muon Accelerator R&D program for the period FY09-FY13.
